As a proud and lifelong Clevelander, I wanted to do a post today recognizing Bernie Kosar, our Cleveland Browns legend #19. Myself and I’m sure many many Clevelanders have been watching his story and we’re all pulling for him as he gets his liver transplant today.

This is a picture when Bernie showed up at Cleveland Yoga in 2019 for Coach AJ Short‘s graduation from Yoga Teacher training! 🎓Talk about pure class and care!

Bernie @berniekosar019 🏈🙏 Cleveland is pulling and praying for you!

One day you’ll outgrow my shoulders, but I hope you never outgrow adventure. Grateful for every step, every waterfall, every laugh along the way. These are the hikes I’ll never forget. 🌲🥾 #hiking #dad #son #fatherandson #DadAndSon #waterfall #AdventureTogether taken in Viaduct Park by @coachshortamdg

Enjoyed engaging with people from posting my story last week so decided to make a short video here. Also holding myself accountable and enjoying the process of consistent work!
