STOP DOING LAT ROWS LIKE THIS. 🚨

If you’re throwing your whole body into the movement, you’re not training your back—you’re moving the weight.

🔥 Try this instead:
• Lock your torso in
• Drive your elbows back
• Pull with your lats—not your hands
• Pause and squeeze
• Control every inch on the way back

The goal isn’t to impress the weight stack.
The goal is to make your back WORK.

💾 Save this before your next back day.

Follow for more training tips that actually make a difference.

Breakfast, sorted. 🥣🍊

Oatmeal + milk — slow-release carbs to keep you full and steady, plus a solid protein/calcium boost from the milk. The base of any good morning.

Mandarin oranges — vitamin C, folate, and potassium, plus natural sweetness with zero added sugar.

Kiwi — one of the most nutrient-dense fruits out there: even more vitamin C than an orange, fiber for gut health, and vitamin K.

Mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries) — loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols, high fiber, low sugar compared to most fruit.

Apple cider vinegar — a splash in the morning is a favorite for supporting digestion and helping balance blood sugar response.

The takeaway: this bowl covers fiber, antioxidants, gut support, and slow-burning energy — everything your body wants first thing. 🌿 by @coachsisma

Currently at a crossroad with my motorcycle. Buying and learning how to drive this beast for my 29th birthday has been one of the most endearing exhilarating and endangering experiences of my life. I can say, without a doubt that I truly enjoyed every minute with it.

it’s currently broken, after having ride it a little too rough. it’s gear pedal linkage snapped right off.

Should I fix it? Should I sell it?

Perhaps I’ve gotten lucky so far and it’s due time that I move onto safer things in my life.

Safety is the new Sexy as I approach my 30s.

P.S. Taking on new clients for six and 7 PM slots on Monday Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Not on first come first serve basis, but most serious.

Cuddling with my bags.

friendly reminder that the fight room in any gym is a great spot to get in a fun form of cardio. Martial arts is both, mentally and physically demanding making it a great outlet to release pent up emotions while at the same time teaching u discipline, patience, and perseverance. To top it all off, the demanding aspect of the sport creates a great calorie furnace to burn off excess calories on any physique.

Don’t be intimidated by the bangs and nature of the sport, most exceptional fighters are actually some of kindest people on this planet. by @coachsisma

Each one of these settings has impacted my life in a tragic/peaceful way that will forever shape the man I am becoming on a daily basis.

The garden of life where my dawg was buried. A lovely way that my brother @sisma07 puts it and still brings me a tear of happiness is that he was buried by the same hands that adopted him 17 years ago.

The view of the beach in miami that has forever tested my perseverance against the marine life that has left me unscathed.

The iron paradise that continues to flood my brain with endorphins and thicken my skin to an unrecognizable point.

Pain/Pleasure…two faces of the same coin. by @coachsisma

Your daily therapy doesn’t need a couch.
It’s the meal you cook with love, the sun on your skin, the silly laugh with someone you adore, and the workout that makes you feel alive.
Real healing happens in the moments you choose yourself — every single day.
Drop a ❤️ if this hit home.
