Have you ever achieved a goal and thought, “is this it?” In this week’s episode, I’m joined by the incomparable, Grace Hinkley. Grace is one of a kind.🦄Not just as an artist manager in her approach to clients’ success, but in her approach to success in life, as a whole... 🔎In this conversation, Grace shares lessons and experiences she’s gathered on the path to pursuing excellence and how the aforementioned have shaped her identity, intentions, and boundaries. When witnessing the pinnacle of “success” in the music industry, she realized there had to be a better way. Grace is a go-getter, an advocate, fearless in the face of opposition, strong in her convictions, and relentless in her pursuit of excellence. Most importantly, she is a lover of God and people. I think you’re going to LOVE this episode and walk away feeling inspired, refreshed, and energized.⚡️ Full episode link in bio by @coachstephhajjar
If you’ve been around me long enough, you’ve heard me mention the ever so brilliant, @1wendimichelle . Wendi is at the top of my list of role models who Pursue Excellence. 🧠 Wendi is a precision wellness specialist, product developer, researcher, food and supplement formulator, and project manager. She specializes in groundbreaking innovation, clinical programs, product and brand execution from concept to launch. Wendi has been the source of my health optimization over the past 11+ years and most notably, helped me get rid of acne and IBS, balance hormones, and overcome brain fog...naturally! 💥NO toxins, NO meds, NO invasive procedures, NO synthetics, just using all the things God gave us on this Earth to bring my body back to it’s original design. I’ve sent countless friends, family, clients, and strangers to Wendi over the years and every one of them is mind-blown 🤯by who she is and what she does. In this episode we cover topics from a horrific illness that threatened her life, to her healing, little known facts about the food industry, why her approach to well-being is different from most, and what REAL, true HEALTH looks like. She has been a mentor of mine for over a decade and now you get to learn from her too!🥹🙌🏽 I can’t wait for you all to hear from the one, the only, Wendi Michelle. 🫶🏽 🎥Episode link in Bio by @coachstephhajjar
The entertainment industry is full of uncertainty, but our kids don't have to face it without the right tools. Stephanie Hajjar, one of Minor Performer Alliance's trusted Business Partners and a mental wellness professional, shares a powerful perspective on helping young actors navigate anxiety, rejection, and self-doubt. Instead of teaching kids to replace negative thoughts with unrealistic positivity, Stephanie encourages something even more powerful: focusing on what's objectively true. It's a simple shift that can build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being both on and off set. Have you ever helped your child reframe an anxious thought? We'd love to hear what worked in the comments. 👇 by @coachstephhajjar

This is one of the easiest + more fun way to get a phattttt dose of nutrients. My go-to sweet snack (sometimes dessert) when I want something a more exciting than plain fruit. 🤗And the love is mutual this time! Try it: - Milk of choice - @bestiesupplements Stacked Protein (Cinnamon Swirl) - Frozen blueberries - *Garnish with some @go_raw sprouted pumpkin seeds for a crunch* or your fav granola Thanks @bestiesupplements for making products I can wholeheartedly trust 🥹🫶🏽 Dm for a discount code. #sustainablehealth #healthyhabits #molddetox by @coachstephhajjar

Over a decade ago, this woman changed the course of my life. 🧭 Anyone who knows me likely knows the role Cristi Williams has played in my life and career. Over 20 years ago, she pioneered this path of Mental Wellness coaching for entertainers which later inspired me to pursue a similar mission. Cristi took a chance on me and offered an apprenticeship when I was 19. We’ve been working and growing together ever since. 🌱 Cristi is incredibly good at what she does, always finding a way to help people build a sustainable, healthy, and fulfilling life and career. ✨Please enjoy this episode with the one and only, Cristi Williams!✨ Link in bio by @coachstephhajjar

My semi-annual photo dump of highlights ✨ 2025 is only 1/2 way through and it’s been a year of beautiful celebrations, a few highs, several lows, the best pizzas I’ve ever had, chapters beginning and closing, some surprises, and lots of babies! The podcast is FINALLY back with another interview 🙌🏽 And we have the rambunctious and beautiful, Morgan Marie on the show today. 🎤Morgan is a seasoned storytelling coach, former reporter, and current radio host who teaches people how to own their voice and craft stories that connect, inspire, and convert. With a background in journalism and a gift for helping others communicate with clarity and confidence, she helps entrepreneurs and heart-led businesses people transform how they show up in some of the most important moments of their careers. 🙏🏽Morgan has personally helped me elevate my coaching workshops and classroom lessons— leading to deeper impact and better results for my clients and students.
