Looking ahead. This isn’t about limiting opportunity. It’s about building the standards that help young players thrive, just like basketball, soccer and hockey have done for decades.

Title IX helped change the game in the U.S., but here in Canada, women in sport are still carving their own path.

We see more girls playing flag football than ever before, but when you look at the coaches, refs, and decision-makers, the leadership still doesn’t reflect who’s stepping on the field.

We believe it starts with us, women choosing to lead, to mentor, to advocate for each other,
not just on the field, but behind the scenes too.

Tag a someone in flag or football who’s creating space for others.

Share this if you believe women belong in leadership everywhere in sport.
