🏀 Life changing moment with @coachcoriclose back in September!

Opportunities like this don’t happen often. I was grateful she took a few minutes after practice to speak with me and give me insight and enlightenment on building a championship team and team culture.

Seeing it and hearing it solidified everything for me. Congrats coach and UCLA Women’s basketball.

None of this was possible without @coachjclark who also spent some time with me after practice and welcomed me with open arms to have this opportunity. Beyond grateful! Congrats coaches!

🏀 Through adversity and with hard work we prevailed today!

🏀 Game 1- won by 31, came out the gate ready with great teamwork, ball handling and overall great basketball.

🏀 Game 2- won by 13, started a little late, but picked up early and came together to execute.

🏀 Game 3- won by 4, this game was intense and challenging mentally and physically, however we were prepared, because we practice for games like this. We stuck it out together offensively and defensively and won the championship game.

🔥 This group is special. My first time coaching AAU since 2015. These girls work hard on and off the court and have grown since we started in August.

🧠 Approaching this as a mental performance coach first and coach second has been a challenge I have myself and it is working very well.

💎 Growth and elevation requires separation and proximity!

Had to come to Dallas and learn from greatness @alishagotk3ys

Opportunities don’t come around often, this one was a no brainer. The principles and information from day 1
alone can be used daily.

🏈 Week 3 and we’re going to handle business. A game you don’t want to miss.

🗣️The guys have been putting in work since June on and off the field preparing for this season. 2-0 thus far

💪🏾 Coaches have been working and pouring into the guys preparing them all summer for this season.

🧠 All we’re doing is executing while staying mentally focused.

I love this group of guys from the captains to the last man on the roster.

🎯 @elonque6 gave me a chance on staff this year and I’m doing what I do best, impacting the youth through their mind for them to become the best version of themselves on and off the field!

🏈 Special kid right here man. Real special.

Tonight was an emotional and rewarding game for Deuce. (learned this after the game)

🧠 We talked all game as well and made sure he stayed locked in mentally through it all. Rocky start and phenomenal finish.

📌 Deuce has been a respectable young man since day meeting him this summer. Always speaks to me daily during the day and at practice. A true example of a student-athlete with a bright future.

🏈 Made some phenomenal plays all game. Played both offense and defense and stayed the course through tough coaching from all coaches. Kept his composure and proved a point!

💪🏾 Keep being great Deuce and being a leader on and off the court. More to come my guy. Let’s get it!!!

🏈 JV QB 1-Kam

What it looks like when you lock in with me 100%. Game was rocky, but we checking in mentally all game.

Next play mentality is what we’re on over here. Mental performance at its finest.

🔥 Kam made a clutch play tonight with 7th a left in the game to go from a tie game to being up a touchdown. We secured the conversion right after.

🧠 My guy held his composure all night with tough coaching from all coaches on the sideline both offense and defense. On his case and he kept his head on the game and made adjustments when needed.

A leader, a student-athlete, a respectable young man, and an athlete. Let’s get it Kam!!! More to go.

🏈 A glimpse at the journey to the start of a great season thus far!

Through adversity, hard work, dedication, heat, team building, mental performance preparation, weight training and film, we are ready!

The guys have worked hard and it’s time to show up and execute.

🎉🎉🎉 Happy 10th birthday to my boo boo!!!

Who would have known 10 years ago this life changing moment would be so amazing!!!

I hope today and this year is as amazing as you are. I hope you continue to grow, learn, make mistakes, and live life with respect and happiness!!!
