‎Few months ago, we had a meeting with the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs Honourable Toyin Balogun, and it was nothing short of beautiful, impactful, and truly memorable.

‎From the warm reception to the enriching conversations, every moment reflected excellence, grace, and purpose. The Honourable Commissioner continues to stand out as an exceptional leader whose dedication to the empowerment, welfare, and advancement of women is both admirable and inspiring.

‎Her brilliance, eloquence, humility, and elegance are a true reflection of the remarkable work she is doing in service to humanity. She carries leadership with strength and beauty, and it was an honour to share such a meaningful moment with her.

‎One of the highlights of the visit was the presentation of an award in recognition of her outstanding contributions and impactful leadership as part of the program slated for the Still Standing Women's Conference. Seeing how delighted and appreciative she was made the moment even more special and fulfilling.

‎We deeply appreciate the honour, kindness, and hospitality extended to us, and we celebrate the amazing work she continues to do for women and society at large.

‎It was indeed a great honor and privilege to pay a courtesy visit to the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Oyo State, Honourable Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi.

‎We were warmly received, and it was beautiful to see how graciously she accepted the award presented to her, a well-deserved recognition from the Still Standing Women’s Conference for her remarkable impact and outstanding contributions to the health sector in Oyo State.

I WILL BE 41 TOMORROW 💃 AND THESE ARE THE
‎10 LESSONS I'D GIVE MY TWENTY-SOMETHING-YEAR-OLD SELF ON MINDSET, PURPOSE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. (PT 1)
‎
‎1. START EARLY.
‎Don't wait until you feel ready. Start with what you have, where you are, and what you know. You can learn along the way.
‎
‎2. SILENCE THE NEGATIVE VOICES.
‎Not everyone will understand your vision. Stop giving people who don't believe in you the power to determine what you believe about yourself.
‎
‎3. STOP SEEKING VALIDATION.
‎You don't need everybody's approval to pursue your dreams, make bold decisions, or be authentically yourself.
‎
‎4. TIME IS NOT YOUR FRIEND.
‎Time will pass whether you make progress or not. Don't spend your best years postponing the life you say you want.
‎
‎5. SET CLEAR GOALS.
‎Don't just wish for a better life. Define what you want, make a plan, set deadlines, and take consistent action.
‎
‎6. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR LIFE.
‎Your background may explain some of your struggles, but it doesn't have to dictate your future. Own your choices and take responsibility for your growth.
‎
‎7. STOP COMPARING YOUR JOURNEY.
‎Someone else's progress is not proof that you are failing. Run your race, but make sure you're actually moving.
‎
‎8. DISCIPLINE WILL TAKE YOU WHERE MOTIVATION CANNOT.
‎You won't always feel inspired. Learn to do what needs to be done even when the excitement is gone.
‎
‎9. LEARN A SKILL THAT SOLVES A PROBLEM.
‎Passion is beautiful, but competence creates opportunities. Become good at something people genuinely need.
‎
‎10. LEARN HOW TO MANAGE MONEY.
‎Don't spend everything you earn to impress people who aren't paying your bills. Save, invest wisely, and build financial discipline early.
‎
Sometimes, the wisdom that comes later in life is exactly what someone younger needs to hear today.

I can't remember the last time I cried this much for a stranger. I admire his humility from afar, he is one of the people I have the plan to work with in the nearest future, I still didn't believe it yesterday, I prayed, because they said we should pray, I did, I wish he would do a video and say "Thank you all for your prayers, I am okay" but....

Who are we to question God? Even though I raised some questions this morning, but I'm too small to question him. He is GOD ALMIGHTY. SOVEREIGN. POWERFUL. MOST HIGH.

My prayers are with the family and those closest to him, because if I (a stranger) feels like this, I can't imagine what those people feels right now.

Not just a pretty face… there’s a whole story behind this beauty. ❤️‍🔥✨

There’s wisdom behind this smile, strength behind this confidence, and a testimony behind this grace.

I’ve fought battles that taught me lessons, walked through seasons that shaped me, and embraced growth that changed me. I didn’t become this woman overnight. Every scar, every lesson, every silent prayer, and every little victory has played a part in making me who I am today.

I’m still growing, still learning, still healing, and still becoming the woman God has called me to be. And for once, I’m not waiting until I become everything I dream of being before I celebrate how far I’ve come. 🥹❤️

STAND AND KEEP MOVING
Life will hit you.
Hard.
It will come without warning
and throw punches you never prepared for.

It will take things you thought you'd keep forever.
It will close doors you prayed would open.
It will introduce you to disappointment,
heartbreak, rejection, failure—

And sometimes,
you will fall.
But listen to me
Falling is not failing.

You fell?
Get up.

You cried?
Wipe your tears.

You lost?
Learn.

You are tired?
Rest.

But whatever you do
DON'T QUIT.

Because there is a difference
between being knocked down
and staying down.
The ground may be where you fell,
but it doesn't have to be where you remain.

Stand.
Even if your legs shake.
Stand.
Even if your heart is broken.
Stand.
Even if nobody believes in you.
Stand.
Because sometimes
the greatest testimony
is not that you never fell
It's that you kept getting back up.

So keep moving.
One step.
Then another.
You don't need to see the whole road.
You only need enough light

🇳🇬 HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY, NIGERIA! 🇳🇬

Dear Nigeria,
We have cried.
We have struggled.
We have questioned.
We have waited.
But we are still here. ❤️💚🤍

And sometimes, that is what courage looks like, getting up again when life has given you every reason to stay down.

To every Nigerian who is working hard, building a dream, raising a family, serving others, creating something from almost nothing, or simply trying to make it through another day…

Please, keep going.

Your story is bigger than today’s challenges.
Your dreams are still valid.
Your efforts are not wasted.
Your hope is not foolish.

Nigeria may not be where we want her to be yet, but we must never stop believing that a better Nigeria is possible, and that each of us has a part to play in building it.
