@busa_md 2010 boys:
I can’t not even say that I am surprised. You guys keep teaching me new lessons everyday. Some of them I have experienced before, some I just read but you guys prove me anything is possible if you put your heart, souls and mind into it.
You have faced several challenges during this first year of 11x11 and you outcome most.
The championship comes to crown your developing season, I’m proud of you all!!!
Now into regionals to represent @msyouthsoccer

What a great day, personally, as an organization and as a coach. Those are the kind of days that remind you why you do what you do.
Firstly, reinforcing why we @busa_qac are here, to develop the soccer culture, humans and bring people together through the beautiful game!!!
To watch this season all the players that have played or still play with us having their role and participating in HS soccer, the new generation loving the game, supporting their community and friends(Being QAC, Talbot or Anne arundel). Is a reminder of why we put so much time, heart and dedication to this sport and kids. Thanks everyone that showed up!
Lastly, congrats on the north bayside champs 👏🏽 proud of how this boys @kentislandmenssoccer are growing, coming together and getting ready for the next steps. Let’s go BUCS taken in Kent Island High School by @coachygor

Glad to be back!!!
I’m truly honored to return to Kent Island High School as the Head Coach of the Boys Soccer Program.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many young athletes in this community through BUSA, watching them grow not only as soccer players but as people. Now, having the opportunity to lead the high school program is both exciting and deeply meaningful.

Kent Island has always been a special place for me, and I’m grateful for the trust placed in me to guide this program. My goal is to build a culture of hard work, accountability, and passion — one that helps our players succeed both on the field and in life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey. I can’t wait to get started with this incredible group of student-athletes.

Game performance isn’t just about what happens on the field — it’s about understanding it.

At BUSA RISE, we combine real game experience with professional performance analysis led by @rafa.dovale .

📊 On the field: intensity, decision-making, execution
🎥 Off the field: detailed video breakdown, insights, and feedback

Because real development happens when players can see, understand, and apply.

Field work + Video Analysis = Real Growth 🚀

How to deal with your mistakes and reset is what separates you.
No player is a highlight reel.

How do we deal with mistakes and frustrations? Mistakes are part of the learning process, how we face them, that’s the key to development.
