Want to build a wider, more defined back? It’s time to fix your form.

In this video, Coach Yifrank breaks down the ultimate biomechanics for mastering the pull-up:

Grip Matters: Utilize a clean narrow or wide grip to specifically target your lats for that optimal V-taper look.

Pull to You: Focus on pulling the bar down toward you, rather than just trying to force your chest up.

Lock in Your Core: Squeeze and engage your core to stay completely still throughout the entire movement.

This is why we incorporate pull-ups in our fitness classes.

Ready to put these executions into practice?

Whether you’re in Cutler Bay, Doral, or Kendall, come train with us at House of Legends for group fitness or 1-on-1 coaching!

Think group training is just cardio? Think again.

At Legendary Fitness Kendall, compound lifts like the bent-over barbell row are core staples for building total-body strength and real back thickness.

Coach @coachyifrank Row Key Cues:
• Hinge at the hips & lock in your core.
• Pull the bar controlled toward your chest.
• Control the lower for maximum tension and gains.

Whether in group sessions or 1-on-1 personal training at House of Legends, we prioritize real strength execution.
