✔️ Assistants
✔️ Programs with visual learners
✔️ Teams struggling with system consistency

Me explaining for the 87th time that 4-2 = 4 hitters, 2 setters…
6-2 = 6 hitters, 2 setters…
and somehow one substitution sends us into complete rotational amnesia. #volleyball #rotations #coach #volleyballgirls #volleyballtime by @coachzsgametime

Beyond volleyball basics: how to pass deep balls, the drop step footwork!

Struggling to pass deep balls?

Getting caught with the ball too far over your head and late movement to the ball?

Try the drop step footwork!

When coach says get your reps in… but you procrastinated and now it’s 10PM. 😭🏐

@coachzsgametime recommends the Softy Volleyball for those late-night reps.
