The last few days have been crazy busy and exceeded all of our expectations! 🥺

We still can’t get over the amount of people who have walked through our doors, the amazing comments we’ve had and all of our lovely new Coald Club members! 🫶🏼

We’re closed for a couple of days now, to catch up on a few building bits, but we’ll be open again on Thursday from 7am and bookings are now live on our website.

Single sessions are £16 for 75 mins [mixed + female], class passes are £55 for x 4 and memberships start from £49 per month.

Yoga is every Saturday 8.30am + 10am, with more weekday sessions being added soon.

Ana’s back ✨

After a full house for her last ‘Slow Flow’ at Coald, we’re really pleased to have Ana @fireandflowwithana back for two more Friday evening sessions.

13th November | 6.30pm
4th December | 6.30pm

Expect a beautiful, slow restorative flow designed to help you switch off from a busy week, reset and ease into the weekend feeling a little lighter.

And with silly season fast approaching, we think an hour to slow down might be exactly what’s needed!

Coald Christmas Weekend! 🎄

Our neighbours @_august_house florists are hosting a wreath making workshop, where you’ll create a beautiful Christmas wreath to take home - all in a festive setting with Christmas nibbles, Prosecco, hot drinks and gift bag.

Our Queen Barista is also the amazing ceramicist behind @katemadeceramics

She’ll be hosting a relaxed festive ceramics workshop where you’ll get to hand-build your own masterpiece from clay - maybe a cup, bowl or grazing plate, whatever takes your fancy!

It’s officially autumn, which means we’ve somehow managed to go a whole season without posting….the head of marketing isn’t happy 😉

So here’s a little snapshot of our summer; sunshine in abundance, smiley, happy people, good coffee and more Anzac biscuits that we can count!

We can safely say it was a pretty good summer and our hearts are full 🤍

If you’ve signed up to our newsletter you’ll see we’ve got lots planned for autumn and winter - we’ll be posting more about those events soon…promise!

Thank you to our milk suppliers @peckfortonfarmdairy for showing us around their dairy farm last night 🐄

They do things a little bit differently and a lot more ethically over there. For starters, the calves aren’t taken away at 24 hours - they get to stay with their mums for six months. They’re also free to roam the fields, 100% grass fed and only milked once a day.

We guess that’s why their milk tastes so good in our coffee!

Our POTWs deserved a little treat… 🧖🏼‍♀️🧊☕️🤍

Some of us headed to @coaldclub today for a contrast therapy session!

Sauna, ice baths, plenty of yapping, coffee afterwards and soaking up the sunshine! Such a lovely Sunday.

A huge thank you again to team @coaldclub for sponsoring our Spring League and for treating all of our winners to such special experiences (and some much needed recovery)

We’re so grateful for your support and for helping us create moments like these for our community. We may need to make this a regular thing! 🤍 by @coaldclub

wellness is the new nightlife (I said what I said) 🙂‍↕️✨

We made it… one whole year of Coald Club! 🥹🤍

A year of highs [and lows!], learning as we go, meeting incredible people, surviving on very little sleep, but filled with a whole lot of love.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped bring our little dream to life.

Thanks also to @94nsavasx @be_x_fit @zoe.myoga @mindfullym.e @angharadallsop for being part of our little team and keeping it ticking long. And the happiest man on the planet @thehybridmathlete and his community of runners @striderunclubcheshire 🫶🏼

Oh… and a special shoutout to Jess and the team @kookaburra_bakehouse for this amazing cake and for somehow always managing to handle our chaotic requests 😬

Oscar speech over, let’s see what year two brings!! ✨ by @coaldclub
