Now accepting new clients. 🌍

You’ve heard from King of the City and Eye C Optometry. Now we’re opening a few spots.

Coast to Coast Management Group handles the operational side: operations, logistics, event days, and on-site coverage, so the people we work with can stay locked in on their craft.

We work with athletes, creators, practices, and small business owners.
We keep our client list small so every client gets our full attention, and availability is limited through the end of 2026.

DM “APPLY” to get started. 📩

CASE STUDY: King of the City 🏀

One site. One operator. Call time to final whistle.

On Aug 1, CCMG ran day-of operations at Carver Middle School for Josh Howard’s King of the City tournament. We handled officials, scorekeepers, security, staff and live bracket updates from 8 AM to an 11:15 PM final whistle.

Words from the client. 👁️

Eye C Optometry runs on Dr. Cohen’s care for her patients. CCMG’s job is everything around it — operations, admin, and the systems that let a practice run without the owner carrying every detail.

Here’s what Dr. Cohen had to say.

Thank you for the trust, and for making us part of the team. @eyec_optometry

Words from the client. 🏆

August 1st, King of the City ran its Delray Beach tournament. CCMG ran the day — run of show, timing, every moving piece from call time to wrap.

This is what Mr. Benjamin had to say when it was over.

Proof over promises. That’s the standard.

Thank you @king_of_the_city_tournament for the trust.

Got an event coming up? Let’s talk. 📩

CCMG is here to service you 🔹

Coast to Coast Management Group is a boutique operational and lifestyle management firm built for the people who pour everything into their craft — and get buried by everything behind it.

Business owners, clinics, athletes — if you do the work, we handle what’s behind it. Operations is the difference between surviving and scaling, so you can stay locked in on what you do best.

Now accepting a limited number of new clients. If that’s you, let’s talk.

Proud to share that our founder, Philip Velez Jr., has earned a spot on the first-ever selection of the Dominican Republic National Flag Football Team. 🇩🇴

We talk a lot about discipline, consistency, and showing up — at CCMG, that’s not just how we run operations, it’s how we live. The same standard that goes into competing at this level is the same standard we bring to every client we serve.

Your Career. Our Mission. Everywhere.

Meet the Founder ✦

I built Coast to Coast Management Group because I’ve spent my whole career in rooms full of people who pour into their craft — and I saw firsthand that the back-end is where most of them get stuck.

Operations is the difference between surviving and scaling. CCMG was built to handle that side — quietly, professionally, everywhere — so the people we work with can stay locked in on what they do best.
