Still haven’t processed what went on this weekend and still having a lot of trouble finding the words to express the emotions I felt and currently feel. But what I can say is that I'd just like to say from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to take this chance to apologize… to absolutely nobody. The Philly revenge tour has come to a victorious conclusion. To everyone who reached out, showed love and supported me from the start all the way to the very end. 8 Month Transformation

As I’m here 3 days out from my first bodybuilding show I can’t help but be the utmost grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout this process. 8 months ago I set out on a goal to compete and now I’m about to finish it. It’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life but it has showed me the most. What sticks out to me the most throughout this process has been SACRIFICE. If you want something you will get it. If you don’t you wont. What you put in is what you’ll get out. And if you want something bad enough you’ll do whatever it takes at all costs to achieve it. Anything Is possible if you truly WANT something. The talking the talk, the excuses, the “I can’t”, the “I’m tired” , the “I’m not good enough” isn’t cute. Go fucking get it. by @coch_strength

This is what made that day the best day of my life. My family. My team. My support. My motivation. My reason. The most important thing in my life. The people who will always be there for you no matter what and then some. Have not a clue where I’d be if it wasn’t for them but I’m sure as shit happy I’m here with them by my side and wouldn’t trade it for a thing. by @coch_strength
