Thanks to @ruapehudistillery an easy Negroni was created with a test recipe for Ruapehu Distillery. Strong, bold, and smooth it held its own and deserves a seat at the cocktail bar.
Equal parts gin, dry vermouth, Campari she was stirred, poured over ice, and garnished with expressed fresh orange peel.

An old fashioned spin shown off in the very cool glassware gift from the learned @lerinsmith to a tasting team member. We love this repurposed special whiskey bottle from @drinkhighwest …
60ml whiskey
15ml maraschino
Squirt chocolate bitters
Stir over ice and serve with a chunk of clear ice and a lemon twirl .

The new Goji Herb Blend is a herbal rejuvenation and has 50 percent less sugar than regular soft drinks. Hand crafted and nurtured in New Zealand. A delightful blend that I served with lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, ice, mint from the garden, and topped it up with water. This non alcoholic option was a top favourite on the table for our son’s birthday celebration…
Tasty, zesty, with a citrus burst comes highly recommended and gifted from @chidrinks
