This Thursday the 23rd is the National Day of Mourning. Many of you will be with your families. Please talk about politics with your family this year. Speak with empathy, truth, and compassion. If you do not yet know what you will say, or how to say it, please reach out to me.

I do not know everything or have all the answers. However, I have researched, learned, been corrected, and will continue to learn through conversation, self study, and reading the news. I want to offer resources I have complied to folks who feel lost in this moment.

On Thursday I will be available to those who need a break from their families and commitments. I can be available via text or phone call for anyone who feels they may need extra support. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Sending all of my loving kindness into the internet and beyond. I hope it reaches you. Be well, my friend and I hope we connect soon.

i came out to my family today with this photo! actually i came out to my mom while sitting on the beach and she was like "huh okay" but i've never told her about being genderqueer!! celebrate the small steps and love your queer fam far and wide xoxo by @cococarnamoco

loving and holding all of my Black friends. loving and holding all my LGBTQIAP+ friends. loving and holding all my friends with a uterus. loving and holding those who aren't my friends, who are terrorized by white supremacy and colonialist ideology every day.
