And last by not least - Żyrardów, my mom’s city 🫶🏻historic industrial town in central Poland, about 45 km west of Warsaw. Famous for its 19th-century flax industry, named after French engineer Philippe de Girard. Today, its beautifully preserved red-brick factories and workers’ houses offer a fascinating glimpse into Poland’s industrial past. I’m so glad she’s found herself in this place and so proud of her for building her life around here 💖✨🔆🫶🏻👏🏻

Lublin - often overlooked this gorgeous Polish city is definitely worth visiting for its well-preserved medieval old town, rich multicultural history, and relaxed, authentic atmosphere without massive tourist crowds.
We walked through cobblestone streets lined with pastel-colored merchant houses that survived World War II largely intact, we visited one of Poland’s oldest royal residences, which features the stunning Trinity Chapel and its ancient Byzantine-Russian frescoes, chilled by the fountain and had an excellent Polish meal @acerna.lublin (honestly best placki ziemniaczane ever)
