We brought The New Human to Milano Design Week.

Artists and technologists took over Google Milan HQ for a night of installations, interactions, and experiments at the edge of human identity.

A hybrid robot. Gesture-controlled art. Physical prints you can hold. A mirror that fragments who you are.

This is what happens when art meets tech IRL.

April 24th wasn’t a finale. It was a refueling.

Next stop: San Francisco → Berlin.

ARTEX and Print Club are continuing to find their feet in public. If you’re in the Bay or Berlin, come raise a glass with us. Both events are free and open and donations go directly to the artists and initiatives behind the work.

This happened. Milan walked in. And the room came alive 😍

The New Human at Milano Design Week was everything we imagined and more — packed, electric, human. A space where art responded to presence, where every guest became participants, and where no two moments were the same 💫

This wasn't a show. It was a living, breathing collective experience — born from a creative hackathon that stretched across cities and time zones.

ARTEX made its public debut. Print Club found its first collectors 🖼

A night of firsts — powered by @Google and supported by @schokolade.tv @creativaaiartbook truelayer 💜

Massive gratitude to every artist, technologist, and human who stepped inside and left a trace 👣

But this is just the beginning.

A first for CODAME: #ARTEX and Print Club, in public

April 24th also marked something we’ve been building toward for a long time: the first public release of ARTEX — our exploration into a living medium for digital art that can persist, adapt, and evolve over time — alongside the launch of Print Club, CODAME’s new collectible art program.

ARTEX began as a question we kept hearing from artists and collectors alike:
Will this work still exist in twenty years? Will it still breathe in 2036?

Instead of answering defensively, we answered as a medium — modular, sensitive, alive.
A painting that breathes. A sculpture that notices you.
Art that lives with us, not as interruption, but as companion.

Print Club is the other half of that promise: a way for living art to take root in the physical world — in homes, studios, offices, cafés — wherever someone chooses to invite it in.

Seeing both step out of the lab and into a room full of people for the first time was a moment that won’t repeat.

To the early collaborators who shaped this — @lorenzo_gecchelin , @alessandromerlettidepalo, and many others — this is your night as much as ours.
