Hard to have to announce, but our May show @unit3_mcr is unable to go ahead as planned.

The venue have informed that they are currently up against a couple of things outside their control with the city council that are affecting their ability to confirm availability on the date we had planned.

Real efforts have been made by us since to run with this same date and line up at suitable alternative venues, but this unfortunately hasn’t worked out.

Based on all this, we have taken the decision to postpone the show, with the hope that things get sorted and we can come back.

Real apologies to all those who have bought tickets, made plans and were looking forward to this night as much as we were. Gutted here as you can guess..

RA will be reimbursing you on the tickets in the next 4 to 10 days and you can get in touch with us directly if there are any issues. CODE email address is embedded in link on our IG page.

Massive thanks to all who showed their support for us on this right from the start, it’s all been appreciated. by @code_mcr

Unity Underground was established in 2023, born from a deep love for the music and a desire to give back to the scene that founders RACH and King Chuga have been part of since the early ’90s.

Dedicated to bringing the sounds of jungle and drum & bass to Sheffield on a regular basis, Unity Underground has hosted heavyweight headliners such as LTJ Bukem, Mantra, MC Chickaboo, Equinox, Tim Reaper, Dead Man’s Chest, Charla Green, and Digital—to name just a few.

Alongside showcasing legendary names, Unity Underground remains committed to supporting and elevating local talent, keeping the underground spirit alive and thriving.

Full jungle vibes from our guest selector JoBird for the first hour, sending out the kind of energy she has rapidly become renowned for on the Manchester circuit.. 🔥🖤

@j0b1rd sets bring a dynamic blend of all things breaks, hardcore/ darkside & jungle, she has a discography type memory, blending old sounds with new.. Jo is known for her heavy, dark style, with haunting melodic female harmonies, touched with horror & ragga sample stabs and keeping it raw & gritty, with a choppy style and a theme of darkness into light… 👌

Jo has been a serious contender on lineups throughout the Northwest for only a short while, but defo one to watch out for..Supporting the likes of Tim Reaper, Dwarde, Randall (RIP), Sully & Chimpo to name a few 🙌

Jo is also part of a new jungle collective called @spun.mcr who made their stamp back in March with a sellout event… Keep your eyes peeled as there is more to come from that crew.. 🫡🖤

An established figure within the Manchester drum & bass scene for many years, @galvini582 divides no opinion when it comes to selection, technique and the ability to move a crowd.. Gaining deserved recognition as a DJ over the years led to regular slots for him at seminal Manchester fixture Soul:ution, further establishing his reputation as a DJ who doesn’t mess around..
