I keep saying this was the highlight of my 2026, but honestly being able to see one of my favorite artists LIVE on the big (tiny 😆) stage was super surreal! #swipe for some scenes from the day, and a special easter egg at the end 👀

SO thrilled I could treat the @nprmusic team too! We brought them some chocolate chip cookies and custom Tiny Desk x @mmacayres brownies to snack on after the set 😋 and they were so incredibly sweet and hospitable! Thank you @salutethemusic @djcuzzinb @kara_frame @joshualbryant for the warm welcome, we look forward to treating yall again soon! 😉

SUPER special s/o to @merylluzzi for the invite (yes, slide 2 was my legitimate reaction 😂), to @jwilson__95 for being my bestest concert bud, and of course all the amazing musicians who played the desk @dec_on_bass @brianrichjr @jessicaschneiderr @brandonharrisofficial @josh.porter__ @abrhmmusic and @_carrtoons_ on the assist 🫶🏾

CONGRATS MAC!!! Up from here 📈🔥🫶🏾💜

From T5 to Tiny Desk 🥹🥰

I’ve had some dope music fan moments lately, but being invited to watch @mmacayres take the @nprmusic Tiny Desk stage was honestly the highlight of my 2026!!

If you’ve been here with @codettabakeshop for a while, you know just how much Mac’s music means to our little bake shop 💯 fun fact: that show at @terminal5nyc in ‘22 was the first time I brought ANY artists desserts. I’ve since learned that brownies are Mac’s favorite, and they also travel the best so it’s become a bit of a standard for my artist treat packs 🍫

To be there to witness this moment for Mac was a lovely full-circle moment! The biggest of congrats and thanks to Mac, Meryl, and the family for including me! 🫶🏾💞

HUGE s/o to @jwilson__95 for being my A1 musical road dawg and memory capturer 😂 and thank you to the Tiny Desk team for being so hospitable!! @salutethemusic @djcuzzinb @kara_frame

Here’s to many more years of Mac shows…and brownies 😆 now go watch the performance!!!

More custom treat love for one of the best in the game! 🎹

His set was honestly insane lol. Club vibes after sunset 💃🏾 the love was groovin, and the grooves were lovely at @lovegroovefestival!!

So glad I could give @robertglasper a lil taste of what @visitbmore has to offer!!! 😋 I hope you loved your goodies!!

Until next time, young pastry padawan…😂

Ngl interactions like these are probably my favorite part of what I do 🥰

S/O @lovegroovefestival for letting me gift @sabapivot with some custom goodies!!

I really truly believe in putting good energy into the food we make here at @codettabakeshop, and our favorite musical artists definitely fuel my creativity in the kitchen! It’s always a blessing to be able to show a little gratitude to them and share what they help inspire me to create 🥹

I hope Baltimore gave Saba and his team something to remember…can’t wait to see him back here again!! ❤️❤️❤️

Check out some vibes from a past installment, featuring this beautiful piece by @charmcitybipper 🎙️

It went something like this:
@charmcitybipper: Hey, I want to do one of my spoken word pieces, but with a neo-soul type musical background
House Band (@anthonydix @c.jaiofficial @blueonionbass @jazzunc): Bet 👍🏾 *creates groove in ~4 seconds*

This was a magical moment and exaclty why we created this space! 🥰

BE THERE for the next one!
