POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Engineer💻 to Entrepreneur 🛣️

If you followed my first series then you know the anxiety was eating me alive even after I left but I read somewhere that one way to turn it off is to find something creative to do 🤔

I love doing small projects but I’m a big project kind of girl and I wanted to start something new for years but had no capacity to even try but I knew I had to make a decision quick… so I chose to try AGAIN but this time fulfill a need for myself and so many other pet parents 🐾

So many women are waking up to wanting natural fibers and materials in their clothing and I’m soooooo happy we are because poisoning me is one thing but my SWEET BABIES yea no that’s where I draw the line!

New episodes dropping tomorrow
Follow @plushmuttco please 💕

You all are definitely my inspiration as well so please drop your homes color palette in the comments 🫶🏾

‼️ social media often shows the fabulous glamorous side of entrepreneurship but this page WILL NOT. I plan to start small and work my way up and the warehouse is a great example of that!

👀Since the price difference isn’t too much, which do you all think I should start with?????

I would love to do it at home but my space is too small and I wouldn’t have a place to put the huge amounts of boxes and waste 😭 trust me I thought about it HARD

☎️ don’t come for me but I wish someone would have told me this 3 years ago!
Unfortunately I did sabotage a great opportunity because it didn’t “work” for my “relationship” at the time 😳

I know INSANE but it’s more common than you think so before you settle down ask yourself if you accomplished your goals first and if not can that person help you achieve them? 🫠

Let me know in the comments if you agree with what I’m saying

3 AI prompts that’ll change how you job hunt
👇🏾 Save this post

1️⃣ Find jobs you already qualify for
“Here’s my job history: [list roles, years, key responsibilities/skills]. My current salary is [$X]. Based on this, what job titles am I already qualified for right now, without any additional training? Include titles I might not have considered but that match my transferable skills.”

2️⃣ Find your next-level career path
“Here’s my job history: [list roles, skills, education]. What careers could I move into with additional training, a certification, or a short course and what’s the fastest path to qualify? Rank by salary potential and time investment.”

3️⃣ Know your worth before you negotiate
“Here’s my role, years of experience, location, and key responsibilities: [details]. Based on current market data, what’s a realistic salary range for someone with my background? What am I likely underpaid or overpaid on?”

Save these before your next application 📌

☎️ You guys asked for this one the most so let’s get into it
CPHIMS stands for Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, offered through HIMSS

It’s the most established cert in health IT and it’s built for people who are already experienced, not entry level! 👩🏽‍⚕️
To qualify you need one of three paths…

* A bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience with 3 of those in healthcare
* A graduate degree plus 3 years with 2 in healthcare
* Or no degree at all, just 10 years of experience with 8 in healthcare

💻The exam is 115 questions,
2 hours, and costs $699
(less if you’re a HIMSS member)

This cert works for nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, systems analysts, EHR trainers, implementation specialists, LVN, LPN and anyone doing informatics or health IT work already

More than half of certified professionals end up in leadership roles like CIO, CMIO, director, or VP of IT 💰
If you pass, you’re proving you can lead a health tech project from start to finish, not just support one ☝🏽

👇🏾 In the comments 👇🏾
Drop the next cert you want me to cover or tell me your current role
…and I’ll tell you which one fits you🫶🏾
