Hi friends.Yes, it’s been a while. You may have forgotten I even had this page. I almost did too.Why the several year break? Simply put, life. Life has a funny way of not always working in your favor, and sometimes it’s okay to take some time for yourself. I haven’t felt like myself for some time now, but I know that it’s a phase of dealing with life happenings and taking the time needed to process. The good news? I’m traveling again. I’m currently in country #18, with several more to come this year. The simple sight of my passport and booking a flight gets me excited again. Seeing diverse landscapes, cities and meeting new people. It’s all happening, and I can’t wait to continue to explore more of this beautiful 🌎 we call home. Words can not describe what it is like to experience the great white continent of Antarctica.This past week and a half was spent exploring the beautiful scenery that this unique area of our earth offers, and I feel so blessed to have had this opportunity. I started this trip alone, but ended it with new friendships and new memories. 💙 Chase adventure, it’s good for the soul. by @codi_jan

“Do just once what others say you can't do, and you will never pay attention to their limitations again.” I set a goal to finish all 7 continents before I turned 30. I miss travel. I miss the thrill of exploring a new place. I miss the deep dive into cultural experiences. I miss meeting new people. I miss the challenge of a new daily adventure.My soul craves the exploration of new land and new experiences. This past year has been very tough for a multitude of reasons. It’s so easy to get caught up in the mundane, every day routine of life. That’s why when I went paddle boarding for the first time the other day, I decided that I would challenge myself and start trying something new at least once a month. It could be as big as traveling to a new state or country, to something as small as reading a genre I’ve never read before. When is the last time you tried something new?Don’t be afraid to step outside of your box. There are limitless opportunities out there. Live a life worth living, live without regrets, and stay happy.
