After 21 years of service, I’m officially hanging up the uniform.

When I first enlisted, I could never have imagined where this journey would lead. From starting as a Private to retiring as a Major, the Army gave me opportunities that shaped the course of my life, challenged me to grow as a leader, and provided experiences I never would have had otherwise.

The road wasn’t always easy. Service meant missed birthdays, weddings, holidays, family gatherings, and countless moments with the people I love. Those sacrifices were real, and I will always be grateful to my family and friends for the support, understanding, and patience they showed throughout this journey.

As this chapter comes to an end, I leave with immense gratitude for the privilege of serving my state and country for more than two decades. It has been an honor.

Mission complete. 🇺🇸

People always say it gets harder to make new friends later in life. That everyone already has their circle.
But then there’s this.

Met Martin in Bali in October. Met Tony through a mutual friend in November. Fast forward a few months and somehow we’re spending a week in Puerto Vallarta together like we’ve known each other for years.

There’s something really special about meeting people who feel easy. Who show up at the right time. Who remind you that it’s never too late to put yourself out there.
