Women have enough to keep track of. We created Mixhers to make supporting your hormone health feel a little simpler: a delicious, highly absorbable, all-natural mix you can order from your phone, have delivered to your door, and enjoy in a cup.

And 91% of our customers subscribe. We’re grateful Mixhers has become part of so many daily routines. 🩷 by @codyjeansanders

Why? Because my camera roll is one long love note to being alive. ❤️ Life is the best…even when it isn’t.

There just isn’t anything like a redwood to make you feel small, but in the loveliest way…and to remind your worries to take a seat.🌲

There’s nothing like the ocean to remind you that God’s love feels bottomless and can always be counted on. 🌊

There’s nothing like a fire to remind you how much light a few small sparks can make. 🔥 Keep shining! by @codyjeansanders

Ladies, I know we were raised on thoughts like “walk it off” and “don’t make a fuss.” But menopause can affect a lot more than hot flashes—sleep, mood, focus, desire, and how you feel in your body. And there’s no medal for suffering through it. 😉

I’m in this season too, and I want us all to feel informed, supported, and more like ourselves. I formulated Mixhers Menopause with powerful phytoestrogens to help reduce hot flashes, vaginal dryness, weight-loss resistance, insomnia, and so much more. It has been created to be part of the solution and support we all deserve.

What do you wish you’d known sooner? Let’s talk. 💗 by @codyjeansanders

6 reasons you should sleep outside:
1. natural light helps to reset your circadian rhythm.
2. Low temperature helps you sleep better.
3. The sounds of nature are the perfect lullaby.
4. Fresh air helps your cognitive function.
5. Strengthens your immune system (especially if you’re out in nature).
6. Wake up in a better mood. ❤️🌲🏕️ by @codyjeansanders

There’s something really good about feeling good.

Not… “everything in my life is perfect, and I have it all together!”

Just…
happy mood support
feeling lighter
good energy
feeling like my body is working with me.

My feel good formula isn’t super glamorous (but she’s cute!)🩷☺️

Hertime
Water
Morning light
Gratitude practice
Play in the sunshine every day
Walk lots
Strength train
Sleep
Repeat

Nothing fancy.

Just little things that, when you actually keep doing them, start to add up to feeling good. 😀 xo Cody by @codyjeansanders

We had the incredible opportunity to share the mission and vision of @roam.humanitarian with like-minded business women. Powerhouse women supporting business opportunities to create more powerhouse women across the globe. Lake Powell created the most beautiful setting to connect, envision, create, explore, and implement impact.

All this was made possible by a generous donor who believes in the mission of women rising the tide together. Women with resources have the power to truly change the world. I believe that. Come be a woman founder with us and help women in developing countries become entrepreneurs.

Thank you to all who attended.

Now let's go and change the world!

Breast cancer awareness is just the beginning.

What does it look like to go beyond awareness?

Knowing your normal.
Understanding prevention.
Prioritizing whole-woman care.
Supporting women through aftercare.
Knowing how to show up for someone after a diagnosis.

In the latest episode of Mind, Body, &You, Cody Jean Sanders takes a deeper look at breast health and the conversations we need to keep having not just in October, but all year long.

Meet Cody Jean Sanders, joining us at HERizon on Wednesday, January 27! Cody is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience helping women understand their hormones, metabolism, and whole-body health. She is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Mixhers, leads CALM Health Collective, and hosts the It’s Hertime podcast.

Cody and registered dietitian Devrie Pettit will work together in a special session featuring the film Balance. Devrie will open with a gentle framework for listening to your body and thinking about nourishment as care. After the film, Cody will connect its themes to hormones, metabolism, and practical questions women can bring to their health care. Devrie will then rejoin Cody for a conversation about food, body trust, and whole-body health.

What questions do you have about nutrition or hormone health? Comment here—we’d love to hear them and bring your questions into the conversation! ✨ by @codyjeansanders

You've always been the one who could handle everything. But lately, you can't.

These are the women who come to me. Smart, capable, the ones who somehow always made it all work. And then something shifts.

They can't think straight in meetings, so they start shrinking themselves, afraid they'll embarrass themselves if they speak up.

The weight comes on and won't budge, no matter what they do.

Their relationships feel harder in ways they can't quite explain.

And the most confusing part? Nothing in their life changed. So they assume the problem must be them.
It isn't. For so many women, this is perimenopause and menopause quietly reshaping how they think, feel, and show up. It has a name, and it can be addressed.

If any of this sounds like you, you are not failing. You are not imagining it. And you are not alone.

Thank you Cody at the It’s HERTIME podcast @codyjeansanders for having me on for a really great discussion about women's wellness.

Comment PODCAST and I'll send you the full episode.

Thrive Midlife Medicine is a fully virtual perimenopause and menopause practice. We accept insurance and see patients in California and Nevada.

🇩🇪 How to Oktoberfest: bring your German roots, gather your favorite people, raise a stein, and let the polka handle the rest. Prost! 🍻 by @codyjeansanders

Can you guess the zodiac sign from the song? 🎶

I matched each ’80s classic to the menstrual-phase energy that sign might want to tap into. Play along and tell me how many you guessed before the reveal!

Just for fun—your sign is your own little prompt, not a rulebook. 💫 #menstrualcyclemoves #menstrualcyclemagic by @codyjeansanders

I really do care about the women who use Mixhers. Sometimes I call to get to know you better or ask a quick question—and suddenly I’m hearing the backstory, the plot twist, and “I’ve never told anyone this before.” 😂

So…who wants me to call them next? Or you can just drop your question in the comments…I’m listening. ☎️ by @codyjeansanders
