My sweet Cody is the best husband in the world God could have picked for me. He is so genuine, selfless, honest, kind, and loving. He is firm in what he believes and what values we invest + root in our family, and he loves me in a way that could only reflect the love of Christ for His bride.

From me and our baby in heaven, happy Mother’s Day 🫶

You are the best wife, and already the best Mom to all the babies God has yet to give. And to our little baby God gave us for a time.

For a short few weeks, Ashley and I got to celebrate and pray over our little one. God gives and takes away. Truly, blessed is His name.

We experienced our first miscarriage in the middle of last month. Ashley carried so much of the pain and grief, physically and emotionally, and we shared it differently. And that’s okay. And it’s okay that we weren’t okay. And we are still grieving while praising. We love and miss our baby, and we love Jesus who holds our baby now.

Our first little baby, we love you. You made us parents.

My bride, my beautiful bride, happiest Mother’s Day. First of many.

Let’s love each of our kids, show them Jesus, worship with them.
