until maybe one day,
someone sees the chaos inside of you
and wants to show you
that home can be safe to live in too.
A place to rest,
to soften,
to simply be,

✍🏻 If you had to open the wound every time for them to understand your pain, then maybe that wound was never meant to be opened before those eyes.

If I had to travel through oceans and deserts again,
if I had to stay awake through those lonely nights of pain,
if I had to fight my demons and fall just to rise,

The older I get, the more I meet these special nights.
Those rare but unforgettable nights
when everything inside me is screaming,
longing for safety,
