Minjerribah you are so beautiful! And so is our Co-Exist community🫶🏼🌱

So many great moments on our trip to Straddie yesterday - cleaning up 16kg from the beach, seeing so many cool animals, and enjoying lunch by the ocean together🌊

Massive thank you to @sealinkstradbrokeisland for supporting us to get across to the island🌞 by @coexistaus

Calling all of WA Bees, there’s some new establishments in town! 🐝🏨

Thank you to everyone who showed up this morning for our first ever Bee Hotel Workshop with @beeman_workshops A.K.A @beesandblossoms.aus!

It was amazing to see the whole community come together to learn about our native Australian bees and how we can create safe nesting habitats in our own gardens and local environment🏡

Fun fact: WA has no native honey making bees - all our honey comes from introduced European honey bees 🍯

We hope you all had a great time and learnt something new, we’ll see you all at our November events - keep an eye on our Co-Exist app! 🌱

🌊☀️ Good vibes, great people, and a cleaner beach! 💚
What a day at North Stradbroke Island! 🏝️ From cleaning up the beach to spotting birds, sharing snacks, stories, laughs, and making new connections, it was a day well spent! 🫶

A little effort for the environment, a whole lot of fun, and some amazing memories along the way! 🌿✨

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. Until the next adventure! taken in North Stradbroke Island by @coexistaus

We’re looking for our 2027 Co-Exist Leaders! 🌱

If you’re passionate about nature, love bringing people together and want to get more involved in your local community, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re recruiting Collective Leaders and Assistant Leaders across Australia to help organise local conservation events, build community and get more young people involved in caring for the planet.

A few things to know:

🌿 Leadership roles are aimed at young people aged 18–25, but Co-Exist events are open to everyone aged 18–30.

🌿 Come along to a Co-Exist event before applying so you can get a feel for what we’re about.

🌿 No previous leadership experience required, just enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to get involved.

Interested in applying?

Send us a DM with your full name, email address and location, and we’ll send you the application pack.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🌎 by @coexistaus

Calling all nature-loving photographers + videographers ages 18-30! 📸

We’re growing our VOLUNTEER MEDIA TEAM to help show what Co-Exist is all about. 🌿

From wildlife and the natural world to community, connection and the impact we’re making together, we want to capture and share more of it!

We’re looking for volunteers who’d be keen to come along to local events, get behind the camera and help us tell these stories.

You’ll get to spend time outdoors, meet some good people, get creative for a cause you care about & enjoy discounted Co-Exist events + trips along the way! 🌎

You don’t need to be a professional, just have your own camera gear, a good eye and a love for nature.

Sound like your kind of thing? Send us a DM or email hello@coexistaus.org with a brief intro about yourself, where you’re based and some examples of your work. by @coexistaus
