Please join us on Tuesday, October 27th to celebrate our 2026-2027 season opener, Jonathan Mamora!

Applauded as “a rising star in the piano realm” (New York Classical Review), Mr. Mamora has performed throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia. He has won first prize at numerous major international piano competitions. In May 2025, he was among 30 pianists invited to compete in the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in Fort Worth, Texas. We are honored to have Jonathan Mamora come to our very own Sottile Theatre this month to share his talents. Tickets for this event are available through the link in our bio or through the George St. Box Office at (843) 953-4726.

Jonathan Mamora will also be leading a free masterclass on Wednesday, October 28th at 10:00am in the Simons Center Recital Hall. We encourage you to join us to get a more personal, one-on-one glimpse into his techniques and expertise as a pianist. taken in College of Charleston - Sottile Theatre by @cofcpiano
