☕️ WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 14 ☕️ load up your bicycle with coffee-making gear and a camp stove, and come out for #coffeeoutside in Frederick.

Meet at Gravel & Grind at 7am to roll out together to the dirt trail and river beach at Pinecliff Park, or join us there by roughly 7:30am.

🚨 Conditions permitting, Wednesday’s route will feature a brief off-road/trail segment with rocks, roots, and mud that may be slippery after recent storms. Tires at least 28–32mm wide with some tread are recommended. 🚨

The organizers of International Coffee Outside Day are taking a break from putting together an official event this year.

And, well, this weekend kind of came out of nowhere in a rather busy time, leaving not a lot of—quite honestly—mental bandwidth to put something together on shorter-than-expected notice.

So, unfortunately, there won’t be an official #coffeeoutsideFDK event this weekend.

All the same, with Saturday’s forecast looking more promising than it did a few days ago, if you’re riding tomorrow (or Sunday), maybe stop for a brew in the woods, raise your mug, and savor some sips along the way.

We’ll be back in two weeks on the 14th. It may be getting colder and darker, but the rides will continue as long as they can. And we’re banking on International Coffee Outside Day officially returning in 2027. Cheers! ☕️
