One of our days during the fall season with College of Idaho Baseball

Goals:
- increase strength / force output
- introduce torso rotation while keeping lower half stable (worked on anti-rotation in first cycle of training)
- master the basics (earn the right to progress - meaning, every athlete should be able to have quality movement in a push, pull, squat, hinge pattern before we progress to anything “sexy”)
- “fill the bucket” - tap in to qualities that they aren’t currently getting on the baseball field.
- maintaining shoulder health as throwing ramps up.
- building culture (do everything with intent and encourage the guy next to you)

With it being fall season, they already hit + throw (rotate) so much that a lot of our focus in the weight room is anti-rotation and sequencing of rotation. Nothing is really high intent. We will tap into some faster rotation movements as we get into the winter as we prep. for spring ball.

The boys have been killing it. Lotta intent. Lotta juice. This session was at 6am and not a single complaint. Just hungry to get better. by @cofibaseball

With the 2026 @cofibaseball season officially wrapped up, we want to congratulate Calvin Euper who took over the program record for single season opponent batting average! Calvin held opponents to an abysmal .126 batting average in 32 innings pitched to claim a record held since 2020. BIG TIME!! by @cofibaseball
