🏗️ The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach is officially rising.

The foundation is complete, marking a defining milestone for what will become one of South Florida’s most iconic oceanfront residences.

Over three continuous days, an extraordinary team completed the South Tower’s 13-foot-thick mat foundation.

• 10,000 cubic yards of concrete
• 1,100 concrete truck deliveries
• 500 construction professionals
• 6 boom pumps operating for over 30 continuous hours
• 435 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage

As the South Tower begins its vertical construction, the project’s second phase is already underway, with our Sales Gallery now closed to prepare the site for North Tower construction.

It was a privilege to celebrate this milestone with our developers, brokers, clients, and friends. Behind every iconic residence are years of vision, planning, precision, and teamwork.

The future skyline of Sunny Isles Beach is taking shape.
