What an amazing week in Santa Fe… spent quality time with my son @zeve.cohen, reconnected with old friends, hiked gorgeous trails, and camped under the stars. My heart is so full! Feeling incredibly thankful and grateful to have celebrated my birthday surrounded by the beauty of New Mexico!!

Musing about another year around the sun🌞
Birthdays are a time to celebrate the journey of life... I had a wonderful bday of self care … meditation, sound healing, yoga, and an awesome massage ( thanks to my buddy @bryceiznyce! )
So thankful for the fb messages, ( read them all🥰) calls and texts from family and friends!
Feeling content…

The Burner Bike Ride & Fire Jam had a whole host of incredible flow artists show up and show out. I knew a few, but most were new to me. One of them was this incredible human, @cohen_dafna . The joy and energy they have when they flow is a wonder to behold. I look forward to flowing with them again in the future.
