Спасибо всем, кто меня поздравил и тем кто был рядом ♥️

Хочу рассказать об уникальном месте, в котором я отметила день рождения - THE JAFFA — архитектура с историей ✨

В XIX веке здесь находился госпиталь Святого Людовика, открытый в 1879 году благодаря французскому предпринимателю Франсиску Гине.

Но история этого места началась гораздо раньше. Под зданием сохранились археологические следы древней Яффо, в том числе укрепления эпохи крестоносцев.

Сегодня историческая архитектура соседствует с современным минимализмом и искусством.

Как арт-куратору, мне особенно интересен этот диалог эпох — когда разные исторические слои становятся частью единого пространства.

What happens when objects by different artists meet at the same table?

A ceramic vessel, a piece of textile, a bronze bird, a sculptural tray each carries its own story. But placed together, they begin to speak to one another, creating something entirely new.

For the final chapter of our Open Call “One Table”, designer Ran Golan, founder of Rango Atelier brought works by our finalists together in a series of unexpected table settings: playful, artistic, sometimes surreal, and definitely far beyond traditional tableware.

The result became Beyond Tableware: Setting Stories - a new visual story in DI Magazine about objects, their makers, and the way art can transform a table into a space of its own.
