This is not at all a post that I thought I would have to make this early on in my life. Yesterday at about 5:50 a.m. my “Papa” passed away. It’s not gonna be easy at all to get over this, in fact I never will. He wasn’t just known as “Papa” to my family and I, but every one of my friends and even all of the people from the baseball field called him this. He made an amazing impact on not only my life but many, many others too. It’s pretty hard to lose your best friend at the age of 18 but with God, it will be okay. Psalm 147:3 says “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” I know Jesus will help me and my family through this but there will always be a spot in my heart for Papa. Always give your friends and loved ones a hug and an “I love you” because you never know when it will be the last. ❤️🕊️ by @colbycape
