What do I say about this birthday girl other than she has an extremely tight death grip on her daddy’s heart (both hands). She’s also a walking life-size sour patch kid; at times she’s the sweetest girl on the planet and then boom, the switch flips and she becomes the sassiest and most stubborn little girl you’ve ever seen. Happy 3rd birthday, Stelly Belly, I love you so much! You’re my best girl ♥️ #StellaLunaLovey by @colbydkendell

#Team4ORE is growing! Best part about this new venture is all the amazing people we get to meet and @coopertjones5 is no exception. What a stud and a great role model he is for all junior golfers. Excited to watch him succeed on and off the course. #1DrinkInGolf #LiveYour4ORE by @colbydkendell

If you’ve ever met this boy, I’m sure you can imagine how much fun every day is with him. I am so proud to be his Dad and I can’t believe he’s another year older. Happy Birthday buddy, you’re my best boy ♥️ #MatixDee by @colbydkendell

#1DrinkInGolf - Last year, two amazing guys and myself launched a company called 4ORE Nutrition (@fit4ore - 4ORE.com). It’s been a long time coming and it’s crazy that our first year is already over.

This past year has been incredible and I can’t wait for everything we have in the pipeline going forward. Never would I have dreamed I’d be doing what I am right now, but I am loving every second of it. I hope you’re ready, 2022! #blessed 🙏🏼

Sunday #FoodForThought | A few weeks ago, we were learning about Jesus Christ as a family and the importance of taking the sacrament each week. I asked Matix to tell us why we do the sacrament and what it helps us remember. He said “it reminds us that Jesus had lots of courage to do that thing so we could come to this planet…and live forever and after.” ♥️

Liz and I often find ourselves with tears in our eyes after we hear the sweet and simple thoughts from our babies. So grateful for them and the reminders they give us each day. Courage is a word I never thought of when thinking about Christ and his sacrifice, but now I look at his act of courage differently. by @colbydkendell
