This is the first time she’s ever taken a bug from me. Probably the second time she’s eaten a bug since I have had her. She also chowed down on her CGD after this.

Everyone says Chahouas are bug crazy, but not this girl.

Proud papa 🥺

My little basking girl

Proof that chewies love their rays. ☀️ Even New Caledonian geckos thrive with a gentle basking spot and low-level UVB—better digestion, natural cycles, and top-tier sploots.

Delivery day!

Very excited about this one. Pictures did not do it justice. Check out the White Collar , Pine Island Chahoua Gecko that I got from @citrustreeexotics . 🌳

They are weighed (21g) and in their quarantine tank.

Swipe to see the improvement ➡️

Bean needed a little upgrade and @hollywoodhillsexotics is putting on a little competition. So I decided to throw my hat in the ring. #hhebuildoff

Wanted more real in her enclosure, so I picked up some snake plant and a bird’s nest plant. Still have a few fake plants in there for coverage and vines for her to walk on at the top.

My girl is insane , but she does “love” to come out. Every night I hear a thud on the glass, I know she wants to come out. #chahouagecko by @coldbloodedty

In this video I’m talking about the Vent inserts from @hatchandhabitat .

These vent inserts were created to reduce the size of the large facility ventilation openings found In many PVC enclosures. It can help reduce:

Feeder insect escape
Reduce excessive airflow
Improve humidity retention

These will definitely be a staple in my enclosures going forward !
