My forever person. 🤍

Austin, thank you for showing me a kind of love that doesn’t leave me wondering. A love that is intentional. A love that is patient, protective, honest, and full of action.

You didn’t just put a ring on my finger—you reminded me that the love I always believed in was real. 🙏🏻

To the girls who are still waiting, struggling, or settling because they’re afraid they’ll never find something better: please don’t lose faith. And please don’t lose yourself trying to make the wrong love work.

Never shrink your standards just to keep someone. Never confuse inconsistency with love. Never accept being treated in a way that makes you forget your own worth.

The right love won’t require you to abandon yourself.

I know that now.

Austin, I’m endlessly grateful for you and for the man you are. This is only the beginning of our story, and somehow I already know there is so much more beautiful life waiting for us.

Our first step. Our forever. 💍
I choose you. And I can’t wait to keep choosing you, every day. 🤍

2/21/19 — the day I lost everything.
2/12/26 — the day I saw what restoration looks like.

Seven years ago I was headed to prison because of my addiction.

Today, by the grace of God, I purchased my TRD Pro and my first home on the same day.

There was a time I woke up lost, living in what felt like hell.

I once wrote my dreams on a prison wall.
Now I’m living them.

Clean. Sober. Grateful.

This isn’t about a truck or a house.
It’s about what God can rebuild.

If you’re in the dark right now, don’t quit. God can rebuild what feels impossible.

CLEANSE Wellness Company

More than a name. A direction.

CLEANSE stands for Clean Living Environment & New Serene Elevation, a foundation for men ready to rise out of addiction and step into disciplined, purpose-driven recovery.
Born in alignment with Rebuilt, Cleanse Wellness is launching our first residential treatment home in Portland, Oregon, welcoming 12 men into a space designed for real healing, structure, and growth.
The green mountain represents grounding, strength, and stability.
The upward arrow marks progress, and forward motion toward a higher way of living.
This isn’t about cycling through treatment.
It’s about learning the tools, applying them daily, and rebuilding a life that contributes back to family, community, and society.
Our mission is to challenge Oregon’s broken treatment system and set a new standard for men’s recovery, effective, intentional, and rooted in long-term transformation.
This is recovery with direction.
This is CLEANSE.

I never thought I’d write a book.
I never thought I’d even live long enough to tell this story.
From Chains to Change is more than a memoir and it’s my journey through addiction, incarceration, and the hard work of rebuilding from the inside out.
Every page was written with honesty, pain, and hope for anyone who’s ever felt stuck in their past.
It officially releases November 22nd.
This one’s for anyone who’s fighting to become who they were meant to be.
