3rd marathon in the books in 3:09. Proud as hell and still dreaming for more. Marathons never get easier and that’s the point!

Honored to watch @colegriffeth crush his first after working for months. by @colebruh

I am an Ironman.

I’ve been waiting so long to finally be able to say those words. After doing my first half marathon in October of 2023, I knew that I was hooked on endurance sports. I loved the idea that consistently showing up and putting in the work had a direct output of results. Eventually I fell in love with the process itself. I have grown and learned so much about myself by leaning into this sport.

I will never take my health for granted. I am incredibly grateful to do what I love each and every day. I reflected frequently whenever I was in pain, or tired, and suffering, that I was doing it “for those who can’t”

Words can’t describe how appreciative I am for my friends and family who supported me at the race or wished me luck from elsewhere. I love y’all. I made countless sacrifices just to get to the start line of this race. Thank you for being understanding throughout my entire prep. I know it wasn’t always easy.

Warmup before the big dance in Arizona🕺

Great day in Waco, Texas this last weekend. Shaved 20 minutes off of my 70.3 here last year. I was duking it out with @ryanchesterr1 up until the very end when my legs decided they had had enough of the Texas heat.

For now, back to it. by @colebruh

Started off 2025 in the hometown with a solid race and the chance to cheer on the homies. Proud, but still got a lot more to achieve this year. 7 weeks until @okcmarathon

What a ride.

I set this goal for myself in the beginning of 2024. Since then I have run 1,021 miles, biked 2,553 miles, and swam 52 miles all in preparation for this 1 day.

I have learned more than I could have possibly imagined about myself. I am grateful for the highest of highs and lowest of lows I have experienced throughout this process.

This race was a humbling experience and one I will never forget. If you want something, go get it. I am proud, but not satisfied. Here’s to continuing to set insane goals and accomplishing them no matter what. by @colebruh
