I am proud to announce my commitment to play Division 1 hockey and further my education at the University of Connecticut. I’d like to thank my family, coaches, teammates, billet family, advisor, friends, the Windsor Spitfires organization and everyone else who has supported me along the way. I’m very grateful for this opportunity. #GoHuskies by @coledavis78

The best 3 years of my life. Thank you to the Windsor Spitfires organization for the opportunity to wear the Spitfire on my chest with so much pride. Special thanks to the Morassutti family for welcoming me in and treating me like family. Once a Spitfire, always a Spitfire❤️ taken in Windsor, Ontario by @coledavis78

The hardest goodbye yet. Not sure I’m ready to live a life without you in it, but i’m very grateful I got to learn from an amazing man like you. From going on motorcycle rides with you, to eating twizzlers and watching hockey, and of course your Grampa jokes that never failed to put a smile on my face. All the stories and wisdom you’ve shared with me. I’m gonna miss it all. I’d do anything for one more hug, one more laugh. I wish I could’ve told you how much you mean to me, and how much joy you bring into my life. Thank you for being you. I love you so much Grampa and i’m gonna do everything I can to make you proud❤️ by @coledavis78
