What a Weekend for Team APEX! 🐅The Apex Kickboxing Team stepped onto one of amateur kickboxing’s biggest stages at the IKF World Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada - and delivered!7 wins in 8 bouts 🔥5 divison championships 🏆Invaluable experience against elite competition ⚔️Mukhtar “Wolf” Shirzad earned a dominant unanimous decision victory. 🐺Cole “Blooded” Fister won his full rules Muay Thai debut and captured the division. 🩸Zion “Chephir” Bailey earned a dominant unanimous decision victory. ☯️Brandon “The Cannon” Gibbs battled through three hard rounds winning a unanimous decision. 💪Isaac “Pitbull” Crowder went 1-1 earning an impressive TKO before competing in a very close fight for the belt. 🐶Luther “Gato” Williams finished a perfect 2-0 with a second round TKO for the division. 🐈‍⬛Every Fighter represented Apex Martial Arts with heart, discipline, skill, and sportsmanship. Great weekend in Nashville Tennessee for Team APEX Luther made his debut with a dominant performance winning by unanimous decision.Mak had his 3rd amateur fight with a great performance bringing his record to 2-1.Zion was supposed to have a 7 round fight for the USA title, But unfortunately his opponent didn’t make it to the fight so Zion won the belt via Forfeit, not the way we wanted it but that’s the way the fight game goes.Thanks to @toptennpromotions and @ikfeast for having us out.Next stop: June 13th at Sport HQ in Cary NCWhere Isaac and Luther will be fighting#teamapex #apexkickboxing #ikf #muaythai #kickboxing by @colefister9

Proud of Team Apex yesterday at the IKF PKB at Apex Martial Arts.We went 4-for-6 for the day. Mitch and Eddie put in solid work, gained valuable experience, and took lessons from their bouts. Luther went 4-for-4, improving his PKB record to 9-1. Coach Cole did a great job cornering.Next up, Luther makes his full-contact amateur debut on May 8 in Nashville, TN with @toptennpromotions, alongside Zion Bailey and Mak Shirzad. Then it is on to June 13 for @trikicpro Carolina Fight Night with Cole, Mak and Luther competing on the card. Here's a little clip of Luther's bouts. And the new IKF Welterweight Modified Muay Thai Champion and IKF Super Middleweight Tournament Champion…Team Apex went 2-for-3 tonight, bringing home two titles and gaining even more valuable experience.Mak faced a very tough opponent and came up short on the decision, but he fought hard and continues to show incredible growth every time out.After a long layoff, Cole got back in the ring and made a statement with a TKO victory. He looked relaxed, tactical, and in complete control.Zion went five hard rounds against a tough opponent and showed exactly what champions are made of—calm, calculated, and determined from start to finish.
