POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🎶 Ocean waves, the crank of a certain engine, a favorite hymn, the jinglling and hiss of the pressure canner, dog tags clinking together on a collar, your aunt's laugh (the one where she's REALLY letting go).

🎶 Which sounds remind you of people and places?

🎶 Have you ever used one of these sounds in your writing?

🍓 Out here doing the Lord's work, picking (and eating) invasive berries.

☀️I hope you get some time to relax in the sun this week after all the rain.

🌤️ Happy Monday.

Reset if you need it 🙌

And how can I help?

Mondays (especially the Mondays following a long weekend) can seem overwhelming.

It's helpful to brainstorm with someone.

Let's triage and get things done 💪 by @colesmithwrites

Some creatures like this hot humidity...

...but I'm not one.

Perfect weather for staying inside and working on the novel.

Be ready for all the good press you'll get.

Make your media kit *now* and it will be easy to update.

You'll never have to scramble when someone asks for your information for a review or interview.

Go to ColeSmithWrites.com and type 'media' in the search bar.

I went to @wv.writers conference and, as is my custom, didn't get a single photo with friends. #IntrovertProblems by @colesmithwrites

Found this version while cleaning out a relative's house.

Highly recommend it for readability & sharing with kids.

I like the arrangement and order of the stories, too.

(But what's up with that fairy salmon, though?)

Editing? Marketing?

Which tasks would you delegate or hire help to complete?

(I hate formatting 😵‍💫)

Happy #NationalPenPalDay ✉️

I was so blessed to have "Grandmom Mary" as my penpal for years.

She sent me recipes and adorable handwritten letters, and we would occasionally get a real-life visit when our paths converged.

I miss her so much.

Take the time to send someone a letter today ✉️ ✍ by @colesmithwrites
