💡💪🏻💯 Morning workouts have been proving to be a better routine for me. Being a landscaper, forcing myself to the gym after a long day of being in the Florida sun; has been almost impossible. If I do go, it’s late, and then I sleep TOO hard which then has me risking being late to work.

This is today at 5:30 AM, after my workout. I arrived a little after 4:30. I feel stronger in the mornings, and im just able to get more out of my workout. Lifting heavier, with more reps.

After, I came back home and made a LUCKY CHARMS cereal milk, whey protein shake from one of my sponsors @ghostlifestyle which was absolutely delicious. 🔥☘️.

This is what getting sober can do for you. Almost 3 months of Dedication, Hard work, & Determination. I refuse to fail. I will not be another sad story of wasted talent. Change your mind and you’ll change your future. Recognizing thoughts have more than just power, they create your reality. 3 months ago I was on the couch detoxing, while certain people i cared the most for counted me out. Today I wake up with a good cup of coffee and mended relationships. I won back the people that mattered most in my life.
