CONFIDENCE IN CHRIST: <IDENTITY>

I often hear the best comments or compliments from friends, family and clients 🥰 and sometimes it’s surprising because I’m reminded of how God has sanctified me 🙌🏽 since the compliment is so far fetched from who I was 👧🏻

I always give credit to the Holy Spirit ✝️ and am grateful for the ever changing and growing 📈 and becoming more like Jesus my faith journey has been.

“Where does your joy come from?”
“Where does your peace come from?”
“Where does your Hope come from?”

The question isn’t WHERE. Rather, the questions is WHO.

Peace is a person! Joy is a person! Hope is a person and His name is 🗣️ JESUS. THAT IS WHERE I FIND MY IDENTITY AND THAT IS WHO BRINGS THE JOY AND PEACE. Honestly it’s a daily sometimes hourly struggle to recalibrate my mind and my spirit to find my identity in Christ. We easily can get caught up in who we are (work, motherhood, wife, friend, goal setter, success, etc.) Instead of WHO’S we are.

Once your sole identity is found in Jesus (it’s a journey) the way you move in this world looks different. The level of confidence you walk in and exude in ALL ASPECTS of your life is Jesus. You are not easily swayed or shaken because your life is being built on a firm foundation➡️Jesus.

If you feel lost, broken💔, shaken, insecure, weak, worthless or if you find identity in things like your job, your bank account, your success, your children’s attitudes, your circumstances, reminder that you’re building a life on shifting sand! Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever and HE is the answer.

For 2025 let our “NEW YEARS RESOLUTION” start with your life and identify being built on Jesus and function from that place for the rest of your goals.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!! &&& First day ever of @creativeacademylv something Gods been orchestrating and we’ve been praying for for a loooong time!

Such a special full first day! Class pics// pastor @jabinchavez praying and laying hands on every student// coffee and matcha for the parents// orientation with Ms. @sarahanncarter_ & Ms. Lori.

And the only tears that were shed were from the parents!! 🥹😭
