for those wondering what I’ve been up to…

I turned something I loved into real work — building vans, both industrial and camper setups. vanlife was always the dream, so getting to do it professionally has been wild.

I went after what I thought was my ideal path with Woodward. didn’t quite click with the people, but it reminded me how much I still value the community side of everything.

then I got hit with an injury that felt like it could’ve ended everything. fast forward 2 months and I’m walking normal again, getting back to myself piece by piece.

now I feel that pull again. thinking about building another personal van and getting back on the road. nothing locked in yet, but the urge to move and explore is still there — even if the Midwest makes it easy to stay comfortable.

if anyone’s got leads on jobs, places to stay, or opportunities out west, let me know. I’m ready to get back after it. by @colinclearly

Happy Gotcha Day, Scout 🐾

Five years ago in Colorado, I brought Scout home, thinking I was rescuing him. What I didn’t realize was that he would be the one rescuing me.

Since then, he’s seen more of this country than most people do in a lifetime. He’s walked the highest peaks and crossed the lowest valleys. He’s traveled across states, lived out of a Subaru and a van, and called Florida, Colorado, and Wisconsin home. Everywhere I’ve gone, he’s gone too.

Through all of it—the constant change, the miles on the road, the highs and lows of life—Scout has been steady. He carries himself with a calm, gentle spirit that grounds me when I drift, and he has a loyalty that speaks louder than words ever could. He reminds me daily that God’s creation is greater than anything I could imagine, because in him I see a love that never wavers, even when I fall short.

Scout isn’t just my dog. He’s my companion, my anchor, my reminder of who I am and who I need to become. His life has been full, and he’s filled mine even more.

Here’s to five years together—and to the countless adventures still ahead by @colinclearly

Last year had it all — big lines that tested you, small summer parts that reminded you why you ride, and long days grinding with the homies to get the shot.
Behind the lens, you see other people’s lives, their battles, their successes… but no one sees the fight it takes just to show up. I always showed up, rain, sun, snow, whatever it took.

But life pulled the rug from under me. The dream I chased, the one I poured every ounce of myself into, slipped out of reach.
This reel is the final edit for the homies who threw down with everything they had — thank you for every slam, every line, every raw moment captured.

Snowboarding gave me passion, purpose, and scars that remind me I was alive. Now my camera takes me somewhere new, and I can’t wait to see where that road leads. This isn’t the end for snowboarding, but a journey of what else. taken in Colorado by @colinclearly

It all started with a Subaru and a dream. Just needed wheels—I’d figure out where to sleep. With my dog riding shotgun, we touched every inch of desert in America. That’s when the van dream kicked in.

I couldn’t build it alone, so I teamed up with a business partner who showed me access to funds I never imagined. What came next was the ultimate DIY—plumbing, electrical, structure—every inch handcrafted by me.

Turned a piece of equipment into a piece of equity. This took time and talent—and I had both. From deserts to canyons, mountains to plains, that van saw it all.

Rough roads, rocky trails, highways that stretched forever. My proudest detail? The paint. Chromoflare just hits different.

Grateful for the miles, the lessons, and the dope humans I met along the way.

This isn’t the end. I’m just getting started. The next project’s already calling. Stick around and watch it unfold.

The truth no one tells you is that no one’s coming to save you. No one cares about you, your excuses, your pain, or your dreams unless you make them real. It’s harsh, but it’s liberating. The weight of your success, your survival, and your legacy is entirely on your shoulders.

You have to earn your keep. Nobody owes you anything, not support, not recognition, not an easier path. The world rewards results, not intentions. So stop waiting for validation or permission. Work in silence. Grind when no one is watching. Become so disciplined, so focused, that no one can deny your growth.

This is about creating a better version of yourself, not for applause but for your own evolution. Rise above distractions, above self-doubt, above the noise. You are your only competition. Fight to become the person you needed when you were at your lowest.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about refusing to settle for anything less than what you’re capable of. Earn your place in this world. Build your life brick by brick, knowing every step forward is a step closer to the person you’re destined to be.
