A year ago today I was 22 buying my first home. I had no clue what was ahead but my family, friends, and community were there to help. I love getting transforming this space little by little. Happy Birthday to the Blueberry House 🫐

Today’s cocktail is a Blueberry House staple! The Blueberry Margarita 🫐

- 2 oz of your favorite reposado tequila
- 1 oz of Grand Marnier
- 3 oz of margarita mix
- 3/4 oz of blueberry syrup
- Add ice and shake!

Serve over fresh ice and enjoy! 🍹

For your syrup - take equal parts berries, water, and sugar and bring to a simmer on the stove

Mash your berries and stir together until the mixture thickens

Add a little lemon zest for an extra punch

After 15 minutes separate the berries from the liquid - you can turn the berries into a puree! by @colinxchapman

Back in the lounge with another cocktail! A Rum Punch featuring @mountgayrumbdos 🏝️

When making a rum punch remember these steps 1 Part Sour. 2 Parts Sweet. 3 Parts Strong. 4 Parts Weak

For a serving of two
2 oz of freshly squeezed limes
1 1/2 oz of Grenadine
3 oz of Orange Juice
2 oz of a spiced rum
3 oz of Mount Gay rum
4 oz Pineapple Mango Juice

Let’s make a Lavender French 75 🥂

- 2 oz of @empress1908gin Indigo Gin
- .5 oz of @caneandherb901 Lavender Simple Syrup
- 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Shake over ice
- Top with your choice of bubbles
- Garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprig

Yall have stolen my heart with all the love you’ve given Lounge X! We worked tirelessly to bring it all to life, from the custom bar my dad built to the art from local artists. I created the lounge to encourage hosting, a lost art. Sunday is the last day to come see the space for yourself at the Agricenter! Stop by between 12-5.
