Rolex Bubbleback ref. 5015 with a tropical Arabic dial. Over decades, sunlight has slowly changed the pigments in the dial, leaving a warm patina no two watches share. Collectors named the effect “tropical” after the sun-soaked climates they imagined these watches had lived through and have become more and more desirable.
Engine-turned bezel, on tan leather by the pool.
