Welcome to the Collective Care Team Bridgette!

Bridgette Sterling is a Reiki Master and fourth generation seer working with the body's natural energy field through Reiki, sound healing and intuitive guidance. She weaves her expertise as a neurodivergent DEI Consultant into her approach, bringing the nuanced understanding that our minds, bodies and identities shape our experience of care in different ways. Like a rose, she believes wellbeing unfolds petal by petal, each session a step closer to what bloom looks like for you.

Bridgette’s offerings:

Reiki & Energy Healing - An ancient Japanese healing system that uses light touch or hands held above the body to support the body’s natural chi, restore harmony in the chakras, and guide nervous system ease.

Divination Readings - An intuitive session where she reads your energy field, pulls cards (tarot/oracle) and channels personalized messages to offer a fresh perspective on your query to consider on your way to well.

Sound Bath Meditations - A guided meditation experience using crystal singing bowls, with frequencies intuitively selected to balance your chakras guiding the body into a natural state of rest. Offered in-person.

Spiritual Coaching - Neurodivergent friendly spiritual coaching that transforms insight into practical action. Curated tools and strategies designed to help every kind of mind build a life that fits. Offered in-person and virtual.

The end of the year is always a busy time for us. It’s the season that people feel the need for more selfcare due to:

❄️ seasonal changes, shifts in energy, sleep and overall wellbeing

💪🏽 aches and pains from raking leaves, gardening, snow shovelling and winter sports

😖 increased stresses that come with work, family and holidays

🕑 having some extra time off to enjoy selfcare

🥂 more socializing, eating and drinking and feeling the need to get back on track

💸 and of course, using up extended benefits before they expire!

We encourage you to plan ahead in order to get the appointments that you want and end 2023 with some good selfcare! Link in bio ✨ by @collectivecareco

So, what is osteopathy anyway?! It sounds like something to do with bones right? Well, sort of, but not exactly.
✨
Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on treatment that views the harmony of all of the body systems as integral to the wellbeing of the whole person. When the body is free of restrictions and the nervous system is balanced, it will have improved physiological function and ability to heal itself.
✨
People seek out osteopathic manual treatment for a large variety of reasons including body aches and pains, mobility issues, digestive problems, respiratory difficulties, prenatal health and the physical effects of stress just to name a few. Everyone can benefit from osteopathic treatment, from newborn babies to older adults.
✨
Osteopathic manual practitioners use a variety of methods in treatment: soft tissue manipulation, myofascial techniques, craniosacral techniques, joint manipulation, and visceral manipulation. We treat all levels and layers from muscle, connective tissue, lymphatic tissue, organs, joints, the nervous system, and yes, bones.
✨
Osteopathic manual therapy is covered by most extended health insurance plans, check yours to see if you have benefits to use!
