As we enter Q4, I’ve been taking some time to look back at everything I’ve accomplished since renewing my real estate license in May. I joined a new brokerage after months of searching for the right fit. Last brokerage I did not join a team or group now I am a part of The Signature Group. The leadership has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and they’ve motivated me to step outside of my comfort zone and do things I didn’t do during my first two years. Since joining the new team I have done my first open house, attended learning classes, going to more networking events, meeting new agents in the brokerage who are successful learning from them, and just putting myself out there more.
