For those who don’t know me (hi new followers! 👋), I’m Colline - the face behind Colline’s Kitchen (as you’ve probably noticed!) 💛

Food, for me, has always been about bringing people together - and I feel so lucky that I get to do this every single day! 🥰

I wear many hats in the kitchen:
🍰 Creating celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings & special moments
🥗 Preparing business lunches and wellness catering for retreats
🫖 Making afternoon teas & treat boxes for cosy weekends and thoughtful gifts
🍴 Hosting seasonal supper clubs and cooking for all kinds of events, big and small

I absolutely love autumn and I’m really looking forward to everything this season has in store (keep an eye out, there’s lots coming up!) 🍂✨

If you’ve got something special coming up and need a hand with the food, I’d love to chat 💌

Last week I dragged my friends and family out on the riverbank to film a group fishing day with @wildrivermediauk 🎥🍿.

The fishing was exceptional as always, but it was the sparkling whites from @chalkdownwines and award winning @drink.folc rosé that sweetened the deal, along with some truly sublime culinary artwork from @collineskitchen and her amazing team!!

Thank you to the best events organiser in the world @emmmma.h.p @wildegreenstudio for arranging beautiful flowers and laying a fabulous table. 🥂🍾❤️.

Spending time with @ozlem_birsel_graves making some Turkish Mezze has re-ignited my love for cooking for fun and not just for work. We had a few hours cooking together and I came away with a lot of knowledge not only making Turkish dishes but, food styling aswell.

@ozlem_birsel_graves is a cookbook author, artist and cooking teacher at Honesty Cookery school. Check out her cooking classes coming up soon.

Also: Hello, it has been a while since I posted on the grid! I have been enjoying the summer holidays with loved ones whilst working behind the scenes. It has been a pleasure being a part of many celebrations this summer. I am very grateful for my job & all the wonderful customers. Ndinotenda! (Thank you)
