Some 15 years ago I walked into a coffee shop on my lunch break and saw the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen. I nervously spilled two coffees across the floor while she looked up at me and smiled. I ran out with my head down but told everyone I would marry the Starbucks girl.You were the one who heard all my stories first. Shared them with me, and took them as yours so I wouldn’t ever have to feel alone. I can never thank you enough for that.I asked you to marry me in a flower market in Krakow, late at night by a water fountain where we sat alone. We walked the streets late, drunk and giggling and got lost and had to walk into hotels to ask for directions but no one understood us. I still remember how the light came in through the window that next morning when you smiled at me.It’s 10 years today that I married my best friend, my soul mate, my travel partner. We were babies when we married, but we loved each other so much and I couldn’t wait to call you my wife. That hasn’t changed. I love you more than anything. Thank you for letting my soul intertwine with yours. You are the hand that I hold and grip tighter with every passing year— sometimes for me to lift you up, and other times for you to pick me up, but always, so that we go through everything together, and never do we feel alone.Happy anniversary love.@flara_k @eyehamsam by @collinsteinz

TL;DR: kind words for @noahkahanmusic & credits👇, vinyl packaging, and @jimmyfallon jump scare on last slide 🤝 🫡 —The Great Divide is the push and pull of relationships, the looming presence of change, the willingness to grow, male friendships, the weight of sadness, mom leaving the porch light on, a broken window, disconnection in your community, a bug hitting your windshield, the end of August, a door slamming shut, the hum of an engine, a long shadow, guilt, hope and all the things left unsaid.
