A year can change more than you think!

A year ago, I was a completely different person; especially physically, but mentally too. Back then, I couldn't have imagined myself taking on a HYROX-style competition. Looking back a couple of weeks later, I realize that finishing the race wasn't the biggest achievement. It was becoming the kind of person who believed they could.

I'm incredibly grateful to all the coaches, nutritionists, and friends who supported, challenged, and believed in me throughout this journey. Every conversation, every session, every word of encouragement mattered more than you probably know.

And to the people who stood by me during the moments when I couldn't yet see this version of myself. Thank you. Part of this achievement will always belong to you.

A huge thank you to @boxlife.dk for organizing such an amazing event.

This is only one step in a much longer journey, but it's a step I'm genuinely proud of. Here's to keeping moving forward. 💙💪
