There is no way to really describe Unbound Racing: The race is so hard, so long, and so challenging that it will bring even the toughest competitors to the end of themselves. That’s why it’s so beautiful that we come as friends, meet as competitors and leave as family! My thanks to @timmywins @braxton_bokos @nelsonhegg and @tybutterfield for an amazing time training together before and racing together on the day!!! We absolutely could not have done it without the amazing support from @prestonbokos and @winslow_troy; you both were so amazing in the soigneur role!!

To @trisigma_esu and @gravelhotdogs : Thank you for your amazing hospitality and wonderful accommodations!

Everyone in this group faced and overcame challenges this Unbound: Crashes for Timmy and Patrick resulting in a broken stem for Patrick and a broken hand for Timmy. Flats for Nelson, cramps and GI probs for Tyler, and a really sore back and body for Braxton. Everyone came through smashingly!

I’m both proud and honored to be part of this merry band of hooligans!! -Patrick aka @fred.finkelstein by @colorado0526

From Patrick: My dad, Robert W.Morrissey, passed away today just short of his 98th birthday. Words cannot express my pride in, and gratitude for, this man. I don’t think he would want me, or anyone really, to feel overly sad at his passing. Rather, know that he had a GREAT ride, all the way to the end. That he passed peacefully, that he very likely had plans on the board and projects in the works. I’ll miss you Dad. Tell Mom hey when you see her, and hug her for me. by @colorado0526

And just like that, Rosemary is off on her mission trip as an intern for @joniandfriends. @rosemarymorrissey, we are so proud of you!! First week will be in California serving the families living with disabilities at a Joni and Friends camp, then off to LA, and then to Thailand to help those in need in an orphanage for disabled children.

To those of you who have generously donated, who have and will continue to uplift Rosemary in prayer: THANK YOU so much!! Thank you also to @legacychurchboulder for sending her off with so much love and encouragement!! by @colorado0526

Lovely Mother’s Day out at @newlifechurchct and @wallingfordcc with this bunch. The only question is: who’s the guy in the back, on the right in the first photo? We know everyone else but that one slipped in there… taken in Wallingford Country Club, CT by @colorado0526
